• The videos you upload: so you can enter competitions and other participants can rate them.
• Your IP address and device information: to prevent fraudulent or collusive voting.
• Your BOF Jeton balance and purchase history: to manage prize distribution and store orders.

Legal Basis and Sharing

• We process this data under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), only for the purposes above, and we do not share it with third parties beyond legal requirements.
• Infrastructure providers such as video hosting and server hosting may have technical access solely to deliver this service to you; they cannot use it for their own purposes.

Retention Period

Your data is kept while your account is active. If you request account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized except where a legal retention obligation applies.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to, domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out by the law; request that any correction or deletion be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
