Description of the Service

Box of Fun is a mobile competition platform where short videos (up to 45 seconds) compete through peer voting. Participants upload a video to a "box"; once the box fills up, the competition begins, and the result is decided by voting from other participants assigned through blind matchmaking.

Age and Eligibility

• Joining free boxes, watching, and voting are open to everyone.
• Only users who are 18 or older may join paid boxes and paid "Weekly Tournament" entries.

BOF Jeton

• BOF Jeton is an in-app unit with no real monetary value — it cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or converted to cash, and it cannot be transferred between users.
• BOF Jeton purchases are made exclusively through Apple App Store’s or Google Play’s own payment systems. Jeton is spent on box entries and the in-app store, and can also be earned by joining and winning free boxes.

Fair Voting and Blind Matchmaking

A participant never rates their own box — ratings are cast on a different box, randomly assigned by the system. Opponents can’t be chosen in advance, and identities stay hidden until the competition ends. See the app’s "Official Contest Rules" screen for details.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts, or colluding with other users, to influence the outcome;
• Uploading content that infringes copyright, or contains violence, hate speech, or pornography;
• Abusing the platform’s technical infrastructure
• are all strictly prohibited and may lead to your account being suspended or terminated.

Content Rights

• You own the videos you upload. You grant us permission to show that video to other participants solely so the competition and voting process can function.
• If you win, we separately ask your permission to use your video on this website or in promotions — you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. You’ll be notified in-app of any significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
